Great location, and friendly staff. The Family Suite on the Lobby floor had a wonderful terrace with seating and a view of the lake. Bathrooms were modern and clean. The double bed in the separate bedroom was comfortable and inviting. The staff anticipated our stay with a one-year old and prepared a baby bed as well which was perfect. The one downside was the room was located next to the elevator and Reception so it was a bit noisy but closing the inner door in the living space helped. Also a Floor lamp seemed to be missing in the living area as there was only one small light over the coffee bar for the entire room which was not enough to make the whole room bright. Minor things which did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay.

We had a comfortable stay here in June, nice room, excellent buffet breakfast. It's true that the staff don't speak much English, but we enjoyed practising our German. The quality of service at reception was exceptional (Frau Gisa), really helpful and nice and helped us out a great deal.

We were booked into this hotel in Waren at the turn of the year, and are still thrilled with this hotel, not only the room (111) was great, but especially the staff from the reception to the service (restaurant), and then the kitchen team, simply class. We will definitely come again, maybe at a different time of year, but it will happen. Thanks again to the entire team.

Nice rooms, however without blackout curtains in the room we had. Well located between the lake and the old city. The service in the restaurant is a little bit slow, but the food was good. Excellent breakfast buffet.
